4. Business Membership + Liability Insurance

This product includes your Business Membership to FOAM ($135) and General Liability Insurance from the Bissell Agency through FOAM ($300).  Our Business Membership with General Liability is designed for whitewater guides, scenic float guides, or general nature guides that are commercial users but not required to be professionally licensed outfitters or guides.  Your FOAM membership includes an 8% contribution to our Conservation Fund, which delivers our advanced guide-training program, Guiding for the Future.   Your insurance certificates will be emailed to you from the Bissell Agency within two business days.  Be sure to check your spam and junk email folders as they often end up there.  For additional options on this policy, please check the boxes below.  Please note the additional charge on available options.

$435.00 for 1 year

If you want to add Big Game Hunt Liability Insurance; Bird Hunt Liability Insurance; or Motorized Operations Liability (if you regularly run 10 hp or more) coverages to your General Liability policy.

Legislative Fund Contribution

Your voluntary contribution to FOAM’s Legislative Fund allows us to expand our presence among the political arenas around the state improving our ability to protect and conserve our resources, promote and sustain the outfitting and guiding industry, and work for healthy fisheries across Montana.

Your voluntary contribution to FOAM’s Conservation Fund allows us to expand our advanced guide-training program, Guiding for the Future (G4F), and work towards healthy fisheries across Montana.

  • Use this form to JOIN FOAM or RENEW your FOAM membership, then PAY your membership dues, and APPLY and PAY for liability insurance coverage including bird, big game, or rental boat options.
  • To get insurance coverage for personal gear or motorized watercraft, use mail-in forms.
  • All information is required. If it’s not filled in, the form will not be sent.
  • You may use a credit or a debit card to pay dues and insurance.
  • Payment includes a 3.065% convenience fee for paying online. Save the fee by using mail-in forms and paying by cash or check.
  • Your insurance certificate(s) will be emailed to you from the Bissell Agency within 48 hours after your payment is received.
